Based in Bengaluru, Agarwal Estates empowers customers to make informed decisions with our subject matter expertise. Founded in 2012 by Manoj Agarwal and muddled with untrustworthy realtors and subpar services, Manoj decided to take on the challenge of changing this perception head-on.

How did Agarwal Estates come into the picture?
When Mr. Manoj Agarwal, an accomplished NRI and senior IT executive, returned to India after a decade in the U.S., he was struck by the stark contrast in real estate services. Having experienced structured and transparent systems abroad, he faced disorganized processes and a lack of professionalism at home. Determined to change this, Manoj launched Agarwal Estates in 2012 from his own apartment — humble beginnings that keep him connected to the ground realities of the industry.
Guided by the mission to “redefine real estate”, Agarwal Estates pioneered organized, customer-focused services in India. With ISO 9001:2015 certification, the company stands for quality, transparency, and integrity. By combining subject-matter expertise with streamlined service delivery, it empowers clients to make confident decisions. Consider this case, a Tier 1 project seemed ideal, with 10 investors ready to invest at an attractive price and just 10% down payment. However, during a review, our MD identified missing exit clauses in the sale agreement, including rights transfer and cancellation terms. Acting swiftly, we advised our investors to withdraw, safeguarding their life savings. Later, the project revealed numerous issues, leaving others stuck. Our proactive approach ensured our clients avoided significant financial risks, reinforcing our commitment to their well-being.

The cornerstone of Agarwal Estates, Mr. Manoj Agarwal, Co-Founder and CEO, brings with him extensive global experience to fully optimise it to suit the requirements of the Indian market in implementing processes, service delivery and standardization of methodologies. An IT Executive-turned-Entrepreneur, with 20 years of experience in leadership roles in reputed companies (CISCO/ DELL/HP/Applied Materials/TCS/AtosOrigin/RedHat) of India and USA, is vouched for, for his righteous work style. He does not only manage but also gets down to the ground root level to support his team and business. With qualifications of a mentor, he continues to provide training himself to all teams as well as each individuals part of the team. His divergent thinking has optimized the business and give it a foundation to match with international standards. He knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.
Co-Founder & Operational Finance Partner
Prema Agarwal has been an integral part of Agarwal Estates since its founding, serving as our Operational Finance Partner. She ensures precision and transparency in all financial processes, driving efficiency across the organization. With her deep expertise, she supports strategic decisions through accurate and timely financial insights. Prema’s commitment to financial integrity has been key to our sustained growth.

Having done her masters specialisation in entrepreneurship and innovation from Germany, Pragya's customer centric customer- centric approach ensures that she consistently prioritises and meet client needs, thus fostering lasting relationships. She is also a Kathak dancer, thus inspiring everyone with her creativity.
Director - Sales & Leasing
Pawan Sharma brings with him 30+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Advertisement Space selling, Administration, Audit, Recruitment and Supply Chain management to name a few. He had exposure to various Industries like Pharmaceuticals, Print Media, Recruitment/HR & now Real Estate.

Esha Karda is a post graduate from Amity Business School Lucknow, having over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has pioneered the sales process at Agarwal Estates and has delivered delight to numerous customers over the years.

Priyanka, brings 10 years of diverse experience, including time as a Team Leader in an Authorised Mobile Service Centre and in Real Estate, to her role at Agarwal Estates. Known as a quick learner with a strong interest in new skills, Priyanka is working towards achieving a leadership role within the company. Her dedication to her work and eagerness to learn is impeccable.

Manish Singh, a graduate of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, heads our main office as well as the Home Loan vertical. He comes with over 15 years of Pre-Sales experience with renowned players like Prestige, Salarpuria, Brigade and more.
